Welcome to Hotel Shivkunj. By accessing our website (hotel-shivkunj.com), making a booking, or staying at our property, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

“Hotel”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Hotel Shivkunj, located at Shri Mahaveer Tapobhumi, Shikhar Regency, A-09, Indore–Ujjain Road, Nawakheda, Piplyaragho, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh – 456006. “Guest”, “you”, and “your” refer to any person who visits our website, makes a reservation, or stays at the Hotel.

2. Bookings & Reservations
  • All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation by the Hotel.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) is mandatory for every guest at check-in, as required under Indian law.
  • Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa, and complete the required registration formalities.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
  • Standard check-in time: 12:00 noon. Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM. [Please confirm your actual timings.]
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Guests must vacate the room by the check-out time to avoid charges for an additional night.
4. Tariff & Payment
  • All room tariffs are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes (including GST) as per prevailing government rates.
  • The Hotel may require an advance payment or deposit to confirm a reservation.
  • Tariffs may vary during festivals, peak season, and the Simhastha/Kumbh period, and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities
  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or the peaceful environment of the Hotel.
  • Any illegal activity, including the possession or use of prohibited substances, is strictly forbidden on the premises.
  • Guests are liable for any loss or damage caused to Hotel property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, if any. [Confirm your smoking policy.]
6. Occupancy & Visitors
  • Room occupancy must not exceed the maximum number of guests permitted for the room type booked.
  • Extra guests or extra beds are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Visitors who are not registered guests are not permitted in guest rooms without prior approval from the front desk.
7. Liability
  • The Hotel shall not be held responsible for the loss of money, jewellery, or any valuables not deposited with the front desk for safekeeping.
  • The Hotel is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including natural calamities, government orders, or disruptions to utilities.
8. Right of Admission

The Hotel reserves the right of admission and may decline or terminate a stay in case of misconduct, non-compliance with house rules, or any activity that may harm the safety or reputation of the Hotel and its guests.

9. Use of Website

All content on hotel-shivkunj.com, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Hotel Shivkunj and may not be copied or reused without written permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its operation.

10. Amendments

The Hotel may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
