Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Guest
  • Cancellation 48 hours or more before the check-in date: full refund, less any applicable payment-gateway or processing charges. [Confirm window]
  • Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before check-in: 50% of the first night’s tariff will be retained. [Confirm]
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in, or no-show: the first night’s tariff will be retained (or the full amount for single-night bookings). [Confirm]
2. How to Cancel or Modify a Booking

To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +91 78284 33133, or email info@hotel-shivkunj.com, with your booking name and dates. Modifications are subject to availability.

3. Refund Process
  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing time. [Confirm timeline]
4. Early Check-Out

In case of early departure, the tariff for the remaining nights of a confirmed booking is non-refundable unless agreed otherwise by the Hotel.

5. Peak Season & Festival Bookings

Bookings made during festivals, peak season, and the Simhastha/Kumbh period may be non-refundable or subject to special terms. These terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control — such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or other emergencies — the Hotel will work with affected guests to reschedule the stay or offer a credit, wherever feasible.

7. Third-Party & Online Travel Agency (OTA) Bookings

If you booked through a third-party website or travel agency, the cancellation and refund policy of that platform will apply, and refunds for such bookings must be requested through them.
